I wasn’t gonna say anything at first, but this is starting to bug me. I’m just gonna preface this by saying that I’m still neutral, and people who accuse fans of liking Melanie as rape supporists, you should be ashamed of yourself. That is illogical as hell and it’s wrong for you to make someone feel like they’re bad just for liking somebody, regardless of what they allegedly did.

I’m not sorry for mocking y'all, because everyone is being ridiculously extreme in this situation. You can’t say Tim doesn’t need to go to court and on the other hand, say that Mel DOES. Especially since Tim was the one who made this public in the first place. On TWITTER. Y'all don’t even know what Tim OR Mel is the truth. You’re just jumping to conclusions and that’s not healthy.

The thing about the “"diss track”“ hurting people, too, is such a reach that it actually gives me a headache. I don’t side with Mel, but her making a song about how she feels isn’t ”“"silencing”“” anyone unless you’re hypersensitive. This girl isn’t fucking silencing you. If you want to say something then say it. Y'all don’t even know the half of the actual truth and you use every opportunity you can to hammer this girl into the fucking ground.

Like, this whole situation is crazy, and that’s only because of how people are reacting to it. Just step back and stop being so over emotional. I get how that can be difficult, because rape is certainly an emotional and awful thing. But that doesn’t mean you just throw logic out of the window.

If it comes out that Timothy is lying then y'all really need to think about yourselves and how you treated the opposite side.

And if it comes out that she is telling the truth, y'all STILL need to think about yourselves.
